• Act as a single point of contact on all recruitment activities, initiatives and programs.
• Provide end-to-end recruitment support to the business unit. (Calibration - Sourcing - Interview- Job Offer)
• Handle multiple recruitment requisitions (from individual contributor, people managers, executive positions) as assigned.
• Provide recruitment counsel to business units for better hiring strategy, talent profiling, and internal process guidance.
• Ensure hiring alignment with the business unit by conducting regular recruitment catch-up meetings.
• Manage recruitment job portals, social media accounts, and employee referral program.
• Recruitment Vendor Management.
• Ensure that all recruitment reports, trackers, and data analytics are up to date and available as needed.
• Champion recruitment process and strategy improvement through improved SLA / OLA achievement and recruitment process automation.
• Function other tasks and projects assigned from time to time and as needed.
