I worked as a Technical Support for 2 years. I have experience dealing with clients. My core responsibilities are helping our clients in troubleshooting, configuration, installation, and upgrading their hardware devices as well as their software system (point of sale). I do email support and placing outbound and receiving inbound calls. I also have an experience in creating and escalating ticket using ticketing tools with basic knowledge in MS SQL.
Back when I was an HR, I’ve worked as an HR associate for a manpower company, and my end to end role there are, I was mostly in charge of identifying, communicating and scheduling a potential candidates, managing the job ad and posting it, helping with timekeeping and payroll, and managing employee relations stuffs.
