I am a licensed teacher and is currently working in a government agency. My main job is to upkeep, sort, and files official papers and documents relating to the operation and activity of the office, constructs and sends emails, attends to visitors and answers telephone calls/inquiries, and other related functions. Aside from that, I am also designated as the Deputy Document and Record Custodian who updates and monitors Integrated Management System (IMS) for ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 and ARTA (Anti-red Tape Act) compliances. Maintaining, securing, and safekeeping the documents and records and ensuring that controlled copies of the latest approved documents are issued, distributed, and/or implemented in a timely manner is also part of being a DRC as well as attending meetings, orientations, seminars, and trainings and lastly, providing support during audits. Moreover, I am also appointed as an Office Safety Coordinator (OSC) and got my certification for Safety Officer 1 (SO1) from the World Safety Organization. My duties and responsibilities as an OSC are to regularly inspect my workplace, record and document all safety activities, meetings, and trainings within the workplace, report the occurrence of a-----------/i----------- and hazards in the workplace, represent my co-workers to the Occupational Safety and Health committee on any health and safety matters, and prepares IMS documents related to ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety) as well as providing support during audits.
