Im currently working as Senior Csr non voice agent in a financial account here in the Phils. My job is to notate and process the application of customer about their -----------anize, ownership, quality and efficiency is a must in my position this skills help me boost my capacity and efficiency in my work. We need to make sure that we finish the task that given to us within the -----------t only by finishing up but i also make sure that my work is 100%correct and ----------- my previous job I learn and develop my other skills like time management, hardworking , and resourceful and creative. I once was a online seller admin of a baby product. My role here is multitasking, Im the one who post, process and make contacts to -----------t only that after the delivery Im the one who also ask for feedback and other concerns of the customer. Every day i need to make sure to upsell our products by social media , my giving gifts to influencer or artist. Also we cater other products from different company such as feeding bottle, ointment etc. Monthly we join event like Mommy mundo, trendsetter other events for baby products.
I know Im newbie here in a virtual job but Im certainly hunger and eager to be a part of a virtual world or job .
