For the past 2.5 years, I've supported a fast-paced family medicine clinic in Dallas, Texas as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant, handling EHR documentation, imaging tracking, Klara and patient portal messages, document management, fax routing, floor triage support, and other back-office administrative tasks while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance.
