The core of my overall experience revolves around people and property management from guests, hosts, staff, suppliers, customers, internal and external stakeholders. Successfully mastered the art of customer centricity from F&B, retail, financial services, travel and hospitality, property management and outsourcing. I have also worked overseas for a decade and strengthened management of diversities in an international setting. I have also spent a total of 7 years working in a contact center taking inbound/outbound calls, chat, email, reporting to clients and other admin tasks related to my role.
