Hello! My name is -----------, and I am an optimistic person who seeks goodness in everything. I am a graduate with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering. I believe that I am well equipped and ready to face any new challenges that may come. I was part of the BPO industry for almost a year as a customer service representative, specifically in the account that is in line with healthcare. I can handle different kinds of complex situations that may occur and resolve different concerns to their complete -----------rvice has always been my passion. All throughout my college years, I was part of the student body and was granted the opportunity to become the vice president for the whole student body for one whole year. I am well-honed when it comes to extra-curricular activities because being a student as well as being part of the student body is indeed a challenge that I have conquered all throughout my 4 years in college. On top of being part of the student body, I was also part of my school's creative team, in which we handle online activities or programs. This creativity was established because we all know how things should have transformed into the new normal when the pandemic started. My technical skills were indeed sharpened during this time. With these skills and knowledge that I have, I am confident enough to say that I am ready to face any challenges that come my way.
