I am undergraduate of Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology, I was a customer service associate. I have background on dealing with clients through phone calls and assist them with their phone and plan bills, and other inquiries. I am good in handling customer service assistance because I am patient, attentive and keen to work. I know how to use Microsoft Office such as Microsoft word, excel and power point. I know that these are just some skills that I am representing but I believe that if I am given a chance to have training I could do the task that will be given to me because I know that I can work with minimal assistance and can do the work efficiently.
