Hello, I'm Arth Dave Membrano. A filipino citizen. I studied Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering here in Romblon State University PH. 23 of age and has a 2 years of experience in Consctruction and Planning industry. I work as a Drafter in Architect's office for a year making many plans specifically in Dallas, Texas, USA after that I work as a site engineer in Manila and been assigned in horizontal projects like bridges. I took resposibility of my men taking the Post tensioning activities.
