These include written communication, record keeping, preparation of bidding documents, renewal of permits, liaising with all suppliers, and delivery to clients. Liaising with suppliers includes making sure that all pricing, availability, order period, warranty, and payments are within our agreed terms. Managing financial transactions - processing payments to suppliers and making sure that all charge accounts are settled within the due dates, verifying/cross referencing payments of clients.
