As Co-Founder and COO of BES, Aaron leads the operational core of the company. He co-built BES alongside Dee from the ground up, and the two bring a balance that is rare in business. Dee drives the strategy and system architecture, while Aaron owns execution, team performance, and client experience. Together, they cover every layer of the operation.
His leadership style is defined by patience, precision, and consistency. He communicates with calm authority, the kind that keeps clients confident and teams focused without adding pressure.
