As a Specialized Closer, I request and review documents and make the necessary corrections in a timely manner to ensure accuracy before sending them out to clients for their home loans.
By sending these documents, loans are closed and funded in a timely manner, thus, we are able to help clients and keep them satisfied.
Skills in time management, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines are a must in this role which I possess, as well as accuracy and attention to detail.
Every now and then, we receive process updates and I must say, I am also a fast learner in applying those to the current process.
Personally, I consider myself as someone with a positive attitude and with good communication and listening skills, and produces quality work even when under pressure.
