1. Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the direct manager.
2. Reminding the manager of important tasks and deadlines, organizing meeting &
appointments and often controlling access to the direct manager.
3. Performs office tasks including maintaining records and performing basic bookkeeping.
4. Act as the point of contact of the warehouse for new shipment of non-stock items and items
purchased by the direct manager including Hijabs, accessories, Hadad Shipment, etc.
5. Sourcing materials, goods, products and negotiating the best or most cost-effective deals as
what is requested by the warehouse & direct manager.
6. Coordinating with the supplier and following up on delays or orders that have been
rescheduled.
7. Making Payment Request for Invoices from suppliers and purchases of direct manager for
company related requirements and expenses.
