I am highly skilled in every part of the process, learning all the inside tools, and taking down notes of what I need, to be organized in all of my tasks. I am also easy to work with and easy to adapt and always willing to share my ideas to help the team for the best resolution. I have also helped some of the new employees to gain knowledge fro----------- about the process and tools of the company such as a template to answer outbound emails for our customers, allowing them to navigate MS Office to put down a list of their tasks, helping them how to make a report and input records of each sale through Dynamics. I have also helped to train people in my workplace when our all trainers are occupied. Besides that, I also give my colleagues a technique to Improve their performance by conducting a meeting with them to disclose the best practices to improve their performance.
