• Develops candidate interest for available positions and client companies
• Consults on time line expectations and job descriptions
• Performs queries and searches in Applicant Tracking databases for qualified candidates
• Screens and submits candidates to the Lead Recruiter
• Establish collaboration and partnership with Lead Recruiters and Managers
• Keeps Applicant Tracking System updated at all times
• Performs other administrative tasks as needed and other miscellaneous duties as required by management
