I have an experience as a Customer Service Representative and as a Process Trainer for a retail account. I started as an agent for 2 years where I handled emails and calls. I handled a team and supervised them for a couple of months. Then I was promoted as a process trainer for 4 years. I also have an experience as a Chat/Email Support. The tasks include social media engagement, graphic designing and email marketing. Then I became a Financial Planning Assistant for over 6 months where I call fund providers for rundowns. Most of my tasks were information gathering and research.
