Human Resource Management Officer I

I am an HR Officer in a government base agency specializing in end to end onboarding process.
My basic tasks includes the following:
1. Job Posting
2. Applicant Screening
3. Recruitment Exams
4. Presenting the Applicants to the Selection Board/Committee
5. Preparation of Necessary Documents for Hiring


I also conduct psychological testing and test administration for recruitment. Currently, I am taking my Masters Degree in psychology.
