I have been a general administrative assistant and a real estate virtual assistant since 2019. I previously worked with an agency and gained a lot of useful skills in managing real estate listing paperwork and agency agreements, property management for short term and long term rentals, scheduling property showings, home photo shoots, and open houses, getting feedback from clients, creating content calendars, managing my client’s social media accounts, email and calendar management, managing my client’s to-do list, creating email and text campaigns for potential leads and our database contacts, organizing my client’s database and set appointments for client calls.
