I am Lyssa, I began my career as neophyte in construction with the position of project engineer as I wanted to advance my knowledge in this field. I believe having experienced the construction process itself allowed me to carry on the responsibilities critical for the success of the project.
I experienced first-hand how it's like to oversee the entire construction from ground up, and I get to collaborate with different professionals from architects, engineers, consultants, and even skilled workers or foreman. I was able to streamline my understanding in estimate, contracts, blueprints, rfis, project specifications, and construction agreements thru my role, which allows me to smoothly transition my line of work.
Currently, I am seeking a job opportunity with the quantity surveyor/estimator role. I believe to be great fit for this role, as my credentials and experience align closely with the overall work. My work experience, work ethics, and dedication to the job are one of the reasons to find me fitting for the role.
