I am a results-driven professional with experience spanning game operations, content moderation, and business & delivery operations, with a strong focus on process improvement, data analysis, and operational efficiency.
I began my career as a Game Operations Specialist (Dec 2016 – Jan 2020), where I provided email-based player support, handled in-game inquiries, and performed game testing to ensure quality and functionality. This role strengthened my communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to resolve issues efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
From March 2020 to August 2024, I worked as a Media Review Analyst, primarily focused on content moderation. I developed strong decision-making skills, policy interpretation abilities, and the capacity to maintain quality and accuracy while handling high-volume, sensitive content.
Currently, I work as a Business and Delivery Associate, where I focus on developing dashboards and automating workflows to support business operations. I have hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and OPS365, enabling data-driven insights, improved reporting, and streamlined processes.
