I am an English teacher by profession, who transitioned into the BPO industry for almost 5 years now. During this time, I have gained more experiences being a Customer Service Associate, who is passionate in helping clients or customers resolve their problems efficiently. I always go above and beyond to meet my clients demand while continuously expand my skills and expertise from being a CSA to roles as Technical Associate and Financial Associate. Through my perseverance and hard work, I am promoted as a Team Lead, further broadening my professional capabilities.
