As a Contract Analyst, I am responsible of the following:
* Abstract new Leases and update or validate existing data points using various third party technology.
* Verify and update client's systems to keep record on escrow, including overpayment and shortfall adjustments.
* Review Tenant Ledgers and compare them to invoices to spot outstanding balances.
* Review monthly/quarterly/annual Common Area Maintenance Statements, Real Estate Tax Billings, Utility and other miscellaneous billings and invoices as well as reviewing monthly/quarterly/annual Reconciliations.
