Project Coordination
- Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones
- Maintain project documentation and compliance paperwork
- Coordinate material procurement and delivery schedules
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments
- Track project progress and report delays or issues
- Support invoice preparation and billing coordination
- Ensure project files are complete and organized
Administrative & Compliance Support
- Maintain organized records of contracts, permits, and regulatory documents
- Assist in preparing compliance paperwork and submission requirements
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of required documents
- Support audit and reporting requirements when needed
Sales Support
- Assist the Sales Team in preparing proposals, quotations, and bid documents
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/service information
- Maintain and update CRM systems and sales trackers
- Coordinate follow-ups with clients and internal teams
- Prepare sales reports and performance summaries
- Support contract preparation and document collection
