I started on the front line — resolving hardware and software issues for onsite and work-from-home users — and have since grown into owning the systems those users depend on.
Today, as Technology & Digital Solutions Specialist at Intercharge Corporation, I manage the company's CPMS system, build and manage its ERP, and set up and manage its IT infrastructure — including network configuration, the company website, and the tools the rest of the business runs on.
Alongside that role, I work as a freelance website developer. I design and build websites end to end and take them live — two websites are already published and indexed on search engines today.
