I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Human Resources Development Management and currently working as a Sales Trainer for a B2B sales campaign based in the US. We onboard new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process, develops individual coaching plans, provides resources and assistance, and schedules orientation drive-along with senior managers. Conducts exercise sessions for new and current sales employees.
I was a working student way back 2017 -- started as an agent for a sales campaign. I have also worked as a Customer Service Associate for a retail campaign doing chat, voice and back office stuff. I have tried working as an Associate and Technical Support as well for a Telco campaign for 1 year and a half and a Customer Experience Representative for a Financial Technology account. These experiences have allowed me to develop broad knowledge about the BPO industry.
I have worked my way up to becoming a Sales Trainer and it's my dream to become one since I graduated. I now also have broad knowledge developing curriculum that will increase both new hires and existing agents performance.
