I am a BS Air Transportation graduate with hands-on experience in flight operations, dispatch coordination, and real-time flight monitoring within a private general aviation environment.
I completed a training where I handled flight planning, flight tracking, weather analysis (METAR/NOTAM), and coordination with pilots, fuel providers, and ground operations. I have supported aircraft such as King Air 360, Robinson R44/R66, Bell 505, and EC130/H130.
In addition, I have experience working in a U.S., Canadian, and Australian-based customer support environment, handling calls, email, and chat. This helped me develop strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage real-time concerns professionally.
