I worked for the BPO industry for ten years. I started as an entry-level associate and was able to work my way up as a Specialist. I was a Senior Team lead handling 3 projects with a team of 25 to 30 each. I am responsible in making sure that all works are assigned and daily metrics are met. As a supervisor, I keep track of individual performances. I conduct regular coaching sessions and performance evaluations. My role is also to interact with the client counterpart. We do daily email exchanges, chats and conference calls.
