- Ensures smooth execution of the team’s day-to-day deliverables in coverage, quality,
productivity, and timeliness
- Strong support for business continuity planning, coordination, and resource appropriation
for internal remote requirements
- First point of contact in handling stakeholders, customer escalations for service gaps,
and providing necessary root cause analysis
- Handles and supports client and internal requests – creation, confirmation, modification,
and data cleansing of different securities such as fixed income, equities, funds, etc.
- Closely monitoring the progress of the project and providing regular updates with the
client.
- Creates client and internal status reports, including the tracking of key milestones
- Provides various reports to my manager (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual
reports)

- Identifies process/tool enhancement initiatives and liaise with stakeholder for
development and implementation
- Provides floor support for all existing and new processes and system queries and assists
in escalating high severity system issues

- Performs administrative work in managing the team including attendance, discipline, and
performance management (includes PIP/Performance Improvement Plan)
- Performs other duties from time to time that may be assigned by management
- Maintains business-defined employee retention level of the team?
- Capture economic and financial data figures given by worldwide providers in a timely manner and deliver the most accurate information.- Create and capture new series attributes into the database to allow quick data collection and to build advanced QA checks.- To create a description of provider files to permit regular and accurate automated data collection.- Provide the updated database to investors accurately.- Research the requested data or time series within the Factset application.- Check series that are requested for Research verification and maintenance; this might require contacting the source through emails or phone.- Find and verify series that are requested through Pro-Active Coverage projects in order to extend and/or add series in our database that will result in increased client interest.- Properly communicate with others involved in teams within FactSet organization- Thorough knowledge of Economics processes and applications- Effective management and allocation for all queues- Support Bottom performers in achieving targets/standards set by the process- Provide first-line support to operational staff and /or identify issues requiringresolution- Participate in collection tool/process improvement cycles- Identification of the team’s problems- Suggest continuous improvements- Tests of the new tools- Identification/Reporting of bugs to content engineers and managers- Provide backup support for Production- Good written & oral communications skills- Mentoring the team in improving quality and productivity performance
