I've been a lean system analyst for almost 5 years in a biggest apparel industry in southeast asia which is Sintex Philippines Incorporated. As lean system analyst my job is varied depending on the needs of the factory. I do assign in different projects involving digitalization of real time data and reports, automation of manual processes, improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness and Utilizing machine and manpower utilization.
Because of this large scope of role as analyst I am able to learn data gathering and analysis effectively, creating powerpoint reports at timely manner, generating data analytics through the use of excel and power BI, and creating continuous improvements tools through the aid of Autocad, Sketch Up and standardize process through the use of VIsio Application.
I been awarded as the champion of Kaizen Culture on 2019.
