• Assists the Solutions Generalists in the user requirements gathering and specification for the development of new systems or enhancement of existing systems
• Reviews the functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverables.
• Develops documents and maintains functional test cases.
• Executes and evaluates manual report test results.
• Holds and facilitates test plan/case reviews with cross-functional tea-----------mbers.
• Identifies any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues immediately to management.
• Ensures that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements.
• Formulation of process documentations and users' manual.
• Perform other task/s that may be assigned from time-to-time
