I have experience supporting US-based property management operations, including tenant accounting, accounts payable, vendor invoice processing, lease administration, owner communications, and financial issue resolution.
I have hands-on experience using AppFolio, Dotloop, and Property Meld, along with accounting and productivity tools such as QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace. My previous experience as a Junior Internal Auditor also strengthened my ability to review financial information, identify discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
Driven by continuous learning and professional growth, I completed a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management in addition to my Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. I am a PRC-licensed Real Estate Broker and Real Estate Appraiser in the Philippines, and I am also a Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor.
