I am experience in Customer Service and Sales as I've worked in the BPO (Call Center) industry as a Trainer/Supervisor for 5 years. I am also a graduate of Advertising and Public Relations which means that I can also do graphic designing and advance copywriting. I had experience in handling corporate emails and office work as I've mentioned that I've worked as a Trainer and Supervisor in my last company.
