-Managing calendar - setting up meetings/ appointments
-Supporting Western Australian stakeholders virtually
-Pioneering the Manila Global Business Support for the Major Projects and New Developments team
-Facilitating Managing Operational Performance and Managing Improvement Projects board sessions/ meetings
-Conducting admin tasks for projects/ contracts in Global Contract Management System (GCMS)
-Verifying regional reports such as claims within the project through evaluating data and troubleshooting formulas using Excel and Power BI
-Validating records as uploading Bank Guarantees, Insurances, etc. in the project workflow
-Managing and developing the team dashboard on MS Excel reflecting the KPIs and performance board including the activity tracker
-Initiating contract closeout/ termination within the completed projects; otherwise, invalidation as part of the system hygiene
-Generating amendment in the project workflow; if for extension, amending deed, variation direction, value uplift or update, etc.
-Onboarding vendors and profile update
-Drafting Contract Change Forms, Contract Classification Tool, Procurement Approval Form within Supply Function Level Requirements
-Setting up contracts and projects according to regional requirements
-Meeting SLA and KPIs and establishing it with other cross functional teams to determine issues in due course
-Scheduling tasks including monthly PTC (Planned Task Confirmations)
-Utilizing Aveva/ Procon in contractor's payment claims submission
-Verifying personnel rates, worked hours, overtime, Procurement Approval Form status in the Contractor's payment claims submitted using MS Excel
-Handling and creating the issuance of Payment Certificate to the contractors
