4. Logistics and Shipment
Prepare shipping details and send a shipping quote request to the 3PL company. Create FBA shipments via Amazon Seller Central and provide the shipping labels to either the supplier or 3PL agent before shipment. Consistently monitor the movement of the shipment until it reaches the destination. Reconcile any discrepancies from the units of goods delivered vs. ordered.
5. Listing Optimization / SEO
Create scratch listings for new product launches and check existing listings and ensure that they are optimized by adding relevant keywords with high search volume (title, key product features or bullet points, product description, and backend of the listing). Work with professional graphic designers and/or photographers to ensure the product images are high-quality and compelling to shoppers. Assist in enrolling in the Brand Registry program to be eligible for A+ content listing and advanced PPC ads.
6. Keyword Research
Perform keyword research by using tools such as Helium 10 to filter the high-ranking and most relevant keywords and add them to product listings and PPC campaigns for maximum visibility and sales.
7. Product Launch and PPC Management
Create, launch, and manage PPC campaigns in advertising the product. Monitor daily campaign ads by making budget allocation, bid adjustments and placements, provide multiple strategies to increase sales through PPC and profit. Provide weekly and monthly PPC reports and work with a cross-functional team to help improve campaign performance.
8. Inventory and Supply Chain Management
Manage inventory levels to avoid stockouts and excessive stocks and ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to point of destination and reconcile any discrepancies..
9. Customer Support Management
Respond to customer messages, feedback, and complaints. Issue refunds and replacements. Reply to negative product reviews, and manage after-sales emails to ensure customer satisfaction and customer engagement.
10. Account Management
Daily check of account health status and IPI to ensure that the seller account is not at risk of any suspension or there are no Amazon policies violated. Open and manage Amazon cases and note down solutions provided for future reference.
