Started as a customer service representative, now, I've been a team manager for 5 years.
Back when I was just starting as an employee in a BPO company, I didn't even know how a computer works! So, I struggled with day-to-day activities and requirements of my job. After months and years of practice and self-learning, I managed to be top agent and was soon given a break to be in management position.
One of the best was when the company (Sutherland) sent me abroad, in Monterrey, Mexico in 2017 as one of their delegations to expand their business there! Overall, it's been productive with all the different people I met, new experiences and learned more about managing people and ----------- w, I want to explore more of myself in this corporate world and be better every day.
