During my time in the BPO sector, I primarily managed telecom accounts (including Microsoft, T-Mobile, and AT&T/DirecTV) as a customer service representative before being promoted to a Quality Analyst. Currently, I am venturing into freelancing and the virtual assistant field.
My first position in a virtual world was as a Lead Generation Specialist, where I handled both inbound and outbound calls in a real estate company where I gained my experience as cold caller and appointment setting. I quickly transitioned to the Disposition Team and, within just two months, was promoted to Lead Manager/Senior Acquisition at a U.S.-based real estate company where I was transferred into a Disposition Team. Additionally, I have experience in lead generation, where we verify customer who are seeking debt consolidation or loans. My background also includes data entry, where I sourced local sellers in the Philippines via Instagram, Viber, and Facebook Marketplace, inputting the information into an AppSheet tool.
