I conduct KYC/client interviews, use CRM and internal systems to manage customer and application information, prepare financing quotations and payment computations, and run loan exposure and negative loan findings checks to support accurate application assessment.
I also prepare Credit Advice and supporting documentation for approved applications, coordinate pending requirements with clients and internal teams, respond to customer inquiries regarding financing and payment concerns, and prepare daily sales reports for management. This experience has strengthened my ability to handle sensitive financial information with accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Previously, I worked in truck sales administration, supporting sales officers with customer inquiries, order processing, truck quotations, customer databases, invoices, sales documentation, follow-ups, and delivery coordination.
