I've been a Customer Service Representative for 7 years already. I’ve been task to support my customer’s concern regarding their accounts , billing , hardware and technical issues related to their devices such as gaming console, Mobile phone and PC.
In these past years , I can say that this strengthens my skills and abilities to perform in a way that it helps my customer’s issues to be resolved .
I'm always optimistic at work especially if there are challenges and struggles concerning my customer’s needs, but I do exhaust all the resources that I have including searching various websites that will help our case sorted out.
