I worked as a Recruitment Executive doing the end-to-end processes, from sourcing, interviews, and closing the candidate which allowed me to be promoted as a Sr. Recruitment Executive. I also make my job ads and post them on ----------- and Facebook.
As it was discovered that I have the potential in handling employee concerns and doing administrative work, I was trained to become part of the Human Resources department. Which later on enabled me to fully divulge myself in a new role as an HR Admin. My task revolves mostly around encoding employee information through Excel and the company's system, filing and organizing requirements. I also do new hire induction, facing or handling our company's clients and employee concerns, being included in ample decision-making process.
