My previous work experiences are as a technical support representative and Service Desk Associate. I have a passion for problem-solving and improving processes. As for my previous roles, I always make sure to provide the best resolution to all the people I assist through calls, emails, or chat, and if our team encounters issues or process failure I always provide my input and collaborate with my team and our clients to help improve the process. I am skilled in ----------- is one of my strengths and values that I learned over the past few years I have been working. I have experienced being introduced to new applications/software every quarter or 6 months. And with that, I was required to learn everything about the new software. As a result, I am very capable of learning new skills and processes easily if needed. I also acted as a team leader who handled team reports, payroll, QA, and training new hires.
