Dental Scheduling Coordinator
- Inbound calls from patients who want to schedule or reschedule an appointment for treatment or recare.
- Serves as Remote Front Desk/Receptionist for the Dental Clinic.
- Ensures schedules of dentists and hygienists are filled and confirmed days before the scheduled date.
- Scheduling patients for dental emergencies or trauma.
- Eligibility verification of patient's dental insurance before appointment.
