I worked in a BPO company with a position of customer service for almost a year during my time on that company i gained the skills to help me with my job which is problem solving, collaborative team player, adaptability, creativity. and I worked with another company with a position of retention specialist for 5 months. Besides my skills that i gained through my time working with those company I also have skills that i gained through my collage days. Time management, accurate and neat work habit and also I know how to draw. Know I am currently looking for a work will help me enhance my knowledge with that degree I finished which is The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) and also a work which is a non-voice.
