I have a year and three months experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in a Business Process Outsourcing company. Within the last three months of my stay, I was assigned as a substitute Talent Acquisition Lead, where I was responsible for creating job advertisements for the company, managing a team of four, and managing the company's Facebook page. I was also responsible for providing updates to the managers. I was hiring for entry-level to managerial roles.
I also have a three-month experience as a Recruitment Associate in Callbox Sales and Marketing Solutions. This is a Business to Business setup. I was hiring mostly for Sales Development Representative, Content Writers, and Data Analysts. I am tasked to post job advertisements on Indeed, LinkedIn, and Facebook. The role, unfortunately, was made redundant; hence, the 3-month-only experience.
In both roles, I handled an end-to-end recruitment process. For sourcing, I use Facebook, LinkedIn, Jora, Jobstreet, and Indeed. I also reach out to passive applicants for a wider reach. I have experience with onsite and virtual interviews; panel and ----------- both companies, I have used ATS and ----------- recruitment, I put great importance in setting expectations and keeping in contact with the applicants, as I believe that this would provide good experience for them and for the company.
