I am an expert in the field of education, specifically in teaching science subjects such as biology, chemistry, earth and life, and such. I am in the field of education for eight (8) years now. Aside from that, I had experience working in the BPO industry for a year. I never had prior knowledge of working as a call center agent. Yet, since I am always willing to try new things and learn things if I put my mind and heart to it, I was able to work for a year in two different companies.
