Aside from being a hardworking and dedicated person, having 5 years of experience in a customer service industry, I can say that I am a customer service oriented person. I am passionate in addressing customer needs and ensuring they have a good experience. Proving solutions and fixing errors is a fulfillment for me.
I also consider problem solving as one of my strength. I believe that I have the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently. I can see situations from different perspectives even under pressure or challenging conditions.
Lastly, my strongest asset is my work ethics. I always make sure to give my 100?fort in order to get the job done.
On the other hand, I also have one thing to improve not really a weakness. I would like to improve my graphic design skills. As of the -----------nt I am using Canva for graphic designs and I am very interested to learn more about how to use photoshop and other graphic designs softwares.
I also use Capcut for editing or creating simple videos.
