For the past 9 years, I have successfully managed several Shopify Stores.
My responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure everything runs smoothly
-Updating business info and files via Google Sheets & Drive
-Provide exceptional customer service via
email (Gorgias/Zendesk), chat, and all social media accounts
-Social media management-
Shopify order fulfillment / creating and organizing draft orders
-Researching, adding, and editing new and existing products
-Scheduling customer deliveries and printing/managing shipping labels
- Graphic design/ creating marketing ads and posts via Canva and other editing tools
-Constant communication with other 3rd party fulfillment to ensure everything is right on track
-Refund/return and chargeback management
-Researching, adding, and editing new and existing products
-Online store reviews management
-Research and assist in managing and posting marketing flow and campaigns
-Other ad hoc tasks
