I’ve been working as a Health Admin for three years. My responsibilities include ensuring that the client’s coverage aligns with their insurance contract and validating all data before sending it to the client. In addition to my health administration role, I have experience working in a call center for a telecommunications company.
There, I assisted customers with troubleshooting their internet connections and telephones. I’ve also worked at a Singapore-based online learning school, where I was part of a team that organized and planned a curriculum suitable for the learners.
I hold HIPAA and TESOL certifications. I’m proficient in AdvanceMD, Availity, Microsoft Office, Canva, and Google Workspace. I’m also familiar with Slack, Asana, and I’m eager to learn new skills.
