IT Trainer
* Training Program Development: Responsible for designing, developing, and updating training programs and materials for various IT-related subjects. This involves assessing the training needs of employees, identifying learning objectives, creating training modules, and selecting appropriate instructional methods and resources.* Training Delivery: Deliver training sessions to employees. Training are done through classroom-style training, workshops, seminars, webinars, or online training platforms. Responsible for effectively conveying technical concepts and information, using engaging teaching methods, and ensuring participants' understanding and comprehension.
* Technical Expertise: Possess strong technical knowledge and expertise in the subject matter they are teaching. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the IT field to deliver accurate and relevant training.
* Training Needs Assessment: Assess the skill gaps and training needs of employees through various methods like surveys, interviews, or performance evaluations. Based on the assessment, I develop training plans and customize content to meet specific learning requirements.
* Training Evaluation and Feedback: Evaluate the effectiveness of their training programs by gathering feedback from participants, conducting assessments or quizzes, and monitoring the application of learned skills in practical scenarios. I use this feedback to continuously improve their training methods and materials.
* Documentation and Reporting: Maintain training documentation, including training schedules, materials, attendance records, and evaluation results. Responsible for creating reports on training outcomes, effectiveness, and any areas for improvement.
* Support and Consultation: Provide ongoing support and consultation to employees, addressing their queries, clarifying concepts, and helping them apply their newly acquired knowledge and skills in their work environment.
* Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with other teams, such as HR and subject matter experts, to gather information, align training objectives, and ensure the smooth delivery of training programs. I also coordinate with external training providers or vendors if required.
* Professional Development: Stay updated with industry trends and developments through continuous learning and professional development activities. I do attend relevant workshops, conferences, or webinars, obtain certifications, and expand my knowledge to enhance my training abilities.
