I've been working remotely for US and international clients for the past 7 years, mostly in operations, property management, and coordination roles. I'm not a generalist — I have a specific background and I know the kind of work I'm good at.
The longest part of my career was at SMS Assist, now called Lessen, one of the largest facilities management companies in the US. I handled residential and commercial maintenance portfolios remotely — coordinating vendors, tracking work orders, making sure service levels were met, and keeping clients updated. That role taught me how to stay organized across a high volume of moving parts without things falling through the cracks.
After that I spent a year doing remote guest operations for a property group based in Denmark, managing reservations across Airbnb, -----------, and Expedia, handling guest issues, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams. Before the property management chapter, I did full-cycle recruitment for US-based roles — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates across healthcare and corporate sectors.
I work independently, I communicate clearly, and I don't need to be micromanaged to stay on top of things. I'm comfortable with tools like Salesforce, Jira, Google Workspace, and I pick up new platforms quickly.
If you're looking for someone reliable who has actually done this kind of work and not just listed it on a profile, happy to chat.
