I believe that everything gets better with experience. In the first few years of my career, I had the opportunity to be in a job where I applied everything that I had studied in the course that I took, Biotechnology. It was a great experience because I could explore varied experimental scientific processes. It gave me an advantage to be ahead and eventually, I conceptualized and completed a syllabus for a Molecular Diagnostics course. My writing and analytical skills were advanced, which sets me apart from the others. And it hasn't stopped there, I was given a break and became a Sales Professional. It was a roller coaster ride, and it still is. My role was to oversee the sales and business development sector, which covered the identification of new clientele, promotional activities, and business negotiations. Specifically, I manage the sales, collection, and commissioning of every product being sold. I also handled and supported a team of four, which I thought would make my job more challenging, but nothing was even more fulfilling and rewarding than seeing your tea-----------mbers achieve their individual goals. My ultimate purpose in sharing these experiences is not just to expand my options, but significantly, I aim to secure a rewarding assignment where I can use and contribute those acquired knowledge, skills, and abilities through skillful management, motivating, training, and supporting a team to achieve the highest standard of performance.
